The Ship Inn offers good quality accommodation in two different chalet style complexes – both of which are detached from the main pub building.
Each one of our eight guest rooms offers comfortable sleeping. They also include an area for making sandwiches, tea & coffee plus a refrigerator. Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are available on request. Meals are, of course, served in the pub.
The Ship Inn is located just 2 miles from Snape and 6 miles from Aldeburgh, so our accommodation offers quick access to some of the most outstanding parts of Suffolk. We are also at the centre of some great country walks and cycle paths which wind all over the Suffolk countryside.
Our tariff ranges from £85.00 per night and up to £180.00 depending on number of guests (maximum of four) all inclusive with a continental breakfast set up in the rooms.
Well-behaved pets are always welcome in both our bar area & Chalets.

Our four purpose-built standard chalets are located immediately adjacent to the pub, although built some 20 years ago, they offer compact, cosy accomodation with easy access to the car park. It is planned that these chalets will be completely refurbished during the Winter 2015/6.
Three rooms have twin beds, one room has a double bed. All have private en-suite facilities with a shower. They also contain a small catering area, electric kettle, refrigerator and TV as well as a small table with two chairs. Heating is provided to all rooms for all day occupation and individual rooms temperatures may be set as desired. There is a daily maid service.
All our accommodation comes complete with breakfast in the pub.
Our standard chalets are priced from £85.00 (including a full English breakfast in all cases). For longer stays beyond 1 week we might negotiate according to demand.
Guests may bring dogs into the chalets and we make a small additional charge of £5 per animal per night to cover any additional cleaning that may be necessary.
All our rooms are also available for longer letting and ‘holiday’ periods.

Our 2008 chalet development was purpose built in the style of the Grade II listed Ship Inn and are located slightly away from the pub in the garden area.
These large rooms have natural wood floors and look out into the garden area. One of the new rooms has been built with special consideration for disabled guests and has a ramp for wheelchair access, a wet room and grab rails.
The rooms have double or twin beds and private en-suite facilities with shower. They also contain a small catering area, electric kettle, refrigerator and TV. Heating is provided to all rooms for all day occupation and individual rooms temperatures may be set as desired. There is a daily maid service. Bed configuration in the larger rooms can be adjusted to allow families to be together.
